	Bollywood Dreams
	Bollywood Dreams is the largest Bollywood Dance Academy in the Midlands. Bollywood Dreams was set up in 2002 by Reena Tailor. Reena has been dancing from the age of 3, taught by her mother Kusum Tailor, and later training with Sonia Sabri and Sushmita Ghosh in Kathak. Reena has recently made it as a finalist for the Asian Women's Awards for the Arts and Culture category. Her passion for dancing and taking dance to the community has been recognised by these prestigious awards. Available for events throughout the UK and Europe.

	Nachda Sansaar are a group of Punjabi Folk Dancers based in Birmingham (U.K.). Since 1984 they have excelled themselves and spearheaded a campaign to keep the art of traditional Bhangra dancing alive.

	The Bavarian Strollers
	The Bavarian Strollers have been an established German Oompah Band (Bavarian Band) since 1978. The band only uses first class professional musicians and is based on a traditional Bavarian band consisting of 2 clarinets, a trumpet, trombone and tuba. The Bavarian Strollers are one of the country's most successful Bavarian bands (German Oompah Bands) and have played all over the United Kingdom, their main strength being "German Bier Keller" or beer cellar nights. They have a vast repertoire of both traditional and popular German music, as well as English sing-along tunes. There are vocals in both English and German and they play in traditional German Lederhosen costume. Should it be required, the band can be augmented to a seven piece by adding accordion and drums to produce a stronger sound while still keeping the authentic Bavarian feel. The Bavarian Strollers have performed in Germany, Italy, The Channel Islands, Ireland and throughout England. They have played at a wide variety of different venues including Harrods Store, Universities, The Royal College of Music, The Royal Netherlands Embassy, Battersea Bier Fest and the National Caravan Exhibition. The Bavarian Strollers have appeared on numerous TV shows including Never Mind The Buzzcocks and were in the films "Photographing Fairies" and "Weather in the Streets". They have also recorded on the Olive Branch Label.

	Caribbean Steel is a different type of steel band. They look like a traditional steelband, but their repertoire goes far beyond what is expected. These four guys have been playing together for many years at venues all over the world and so, are experts at what they do. No event is too big or too small for CSI, who love to perform. CSI do recordings, workshops, live performances etc. They are here to let the world know just how versatile the steel pan really is and to continue to bring Trinidad's wonderful instrument to new audiences.

	Caribana Steel Band
	The Caribana Steel Band, one of the UK's premier steel bands in the UK, is a three-piece acoustic unit led by Eugene de Vlugt. Eugene started his professional career in Trinidad and Tobago, where his band Eugene and The Hurricanes had chart success. The band plays lively, summery background music at weddings, garden parties, corporate functions, product promotions and club events. Repertoire covers Caribbean music and steel versions of well known popular English tunes. As the band is acoustic, they can set up anywhere and do not require electricity, so are ideal for outdoor events. Eugene also runs a UK version of The Hurricanes, a five-piece calypso band with steel pans, guitar, keyboard and percussion. 	Gary Trotman - Solo Pan Player
	Gary is one of a few pannists in the UK performing as a soloist all the year round. His musical act is tailored to his audience and developing still. What a repertoire! Boasting a song selection to suite any function, audience occasion and venue. Soca, Calypso, Salsa, Reggae, Latin Rhythms, Bolero, Cha Cha Cha, MOR, Rock, Pop, Trad Jazz, Modern Jazz, Gary plays a beautiful set of double second Steel Drums with four sticks, allowing him to access a greater register of notes, to play both chords and melody, giving a full sound and ensuring that not only the melodies are known to each song, but its’ entire chord structure and chord progressions (a must for improvisation). Technology also plays a big part in his solo performances, as he produces all of his backing tracks produced at his home studio, incorporating Caribbean and conventional musical sounds.

World class vocalist Kiskadee who in 2005 sang backing vocals for Michael Jackson's Katrina charity single, will light up any event. Kiskadee is by far the most popular steelband act in the entire UK. Their excellent reputation, professionalism and musical brilliance stand out. They play and sing professionally throughout London and the UK for a variety of occasions ranging from highly prestigious events such as TV, Radio, Celebrity parties, Weddings, promotions, exhibitions, private parties, Caribbean celebrations, hotels and much more. 	Juma Steel Band
	Juma Steel Band is made up of freelance musicians with one aim,to make sure the customer is happy. The band has been running now for over 10 years, and I personally know the musicians for over 20 years. We have travelled all over the world, from the Far East, Middle East and Europe. examples of venues Raffles Hotel -Singapore, Dusit Thani -Thailand, Hilton-Dubai, Sporting Club-Monte Carlo, Park Lane Hotels-London, Ritz-London, Regency Hotel-London, also high profile clients including premiership footballers. We can play a mixture of different types of music, ranging from calypso, latin, reggae, pop to rock and roll. We cater for all types of private and corporate functions. We also do steel band workshops in schools where children can experience the instrument by having a go. Juma Steel Band is fully covered with public liability insurance.

	North Stars Steel Orchestra
	The aim of the North Stars Steel Orchestra has never wavered - to reveal to the people of Britain the authentic sound, the majesty and the delicacy of the Steel Pan. This is music-making on a grand and ambitious scale with an open and eclectic approach to repertoire, encompassing Mozart and the Mighty Sparrow and most points between. It is a sound which is equally home in the most prestigious concert halls and in the bouncing bacchanalia of carnival. Indeed, in one evening they can appeal to the head, heart and the pelvis in equal measure!

	Pantonic All Stars
	The Orchestra stands alongside the independent steel bands of the World. They are just as they are in that their formation was the idea of just two people along with the support of some of the parents and Charities they raise money for, brought together their children and formed the basis of the orchestra in November 1985. The charity involvement lives on and regular gigs are played so as to ensure a steady flow of money is given to the charity we collect for (The Royal Manchester Childrens Bone Marrow Fund). Many musicians have passed through the band over the past 20 years and added their own individual mark upon the aura of the Orchestra. The original founders may have moved on, but the motto they have held since the beginning still remains "We Not I".

	Paradise Steel Band
	The Paradise Steel Band was formed way back in 1962, and is well known as the North's most experienced Steel Band. The Paradise Steel Band consists mainly of five members, but can be expanded up to nine or ten if needed. They are also able to play as a three-piece band. The band is made up of mainly male entertainers, with the exception of two female singers if needed or requested. The instruments that are used in the band's performances are: a wide selection of steel pans - ranging from tenor pans (lead pan), double second, guitar pans, or bass pans - keyboard, bass guitar and drums. The Paradise Steel Band plays traditional Caribbean, traditional English, and vocalist themes, and are able to cater for all needs and play for any occasion.

	Solid Steel
	Solid Steel is a fully professional Caribbean steel band comprised of some of the finest steel pan players in the UK today. Available either as a fully instrumental and unplugged acoustic act or as a vocally led amplified one, we boast a broad repertoire that encompasses calypso, soca, reggae, samba, salsa, merengue, cha cha cha, bossa nova, bolero and pop.

	Tropical Heatwave

Tropical Heatwave Steelpan Combo....is an original and unique Caribbean music ensemble made up of musicians directly from the Caribbean isles of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago; and Guadaloupe, in the French Caribbean. It is a given that they always surprise and delight their audiences. They play a cool mix of Dancehall soca (the carnival party vibe) and ole tyme "saucy" calypsos; some latin (rumba, samba, meringue, tango); Zouk (French Caribbean) and some really funky reggae ( a la Bob Marley, Eddie Grant, UB 40, Desmond Decker etc); plus your traditional Caribbean standards.

	The Armadillos

	Fat Cat Country Band
	Fat Cat Country is a superb 4 piece country band, who play a diverse mix of modern & classic popular country music; from Glenn Campbell to Willie Nelson to Lonestar. They come complete with US flags, an optional backing band and heaps of enthusiasm!

	The Haley Sisters
	Jo-Ann and Becky, THE HALEY SISTERS, were born and Raised in West Yorkshire, in the village of Harden, just outside Bingley. From a very early age they followed in their parents’ footsteps showing a strong interest in music, especially Country Music. The Haley Sisters first appeared professionally back in 1989, when they launched themselves into a successful singing career. Since then they have appeared at leading venues, festivals, theatres and clubs throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, gaining massive popularity by virtue of their natural talent, dedication and down to earth personalities. This four piece band, are based in Yorkshire but travel the country to bring their audiences their own brand of ENTERTAINMENT. With material ranging from early 50's Hank Williams thro to the sounds of such people as Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks and Dwight Yoakum. 	Rootin Tootin started out in August 2005 at the Skipton Country Music Festival in England. Since that first gig they have become a familiar sight around other UK festivals and Country Clubs. Also have featured in a Rockabilly All Dayer and also have other bookings at Rockabilly Clubs. They have featured twice at The Americana and are booked to play in 2008 for the third time. Also in 2008 the band will perform in Norway for a second year running.

	Diabolus In Musica
	We are a merry band of professional minstrels who provide a truly authentic flavour of Elizabethan England. Our music, instruments and costumes are all accurately researched, but we're not hardened academics. We play music that's an instant hit with most audiences. We use 16th century improvisation techniques to keep the music fresh. Every performance is different, and we make sure that the tempo, style and instrumentation change regularly. No-one gets bored at a Diabolus gig. Weddings and Corporate Events. We're an obvious choice for any event with a Tudor theme, or Medieval if you're not being too precise. But the event doesn't have to be historical. Many people book us just because we sound good, look pretty, and make them laugh. We're experienced entertainers, and we specialise in breaking ice. We blend in - no amplifiers, no music stands, no stage required. Just gorgeously attired musicians producing professional, colourful, exciting music, live and unplugged. And we're versatile. If the timings don't go to plan, we can adapt. We provide more than just music. Paul's stentorian tones are useful for announcements, David can provide trumpet fanfares, and gadget addicts love the hurdy-gurdy. If your guests are up for a bit of participation, we'll get them singing, dancing and generally making fools of themselves. For really keen dancers, we invented the Tudor Ceilidh.

Gospel

	Cornerstone Gospel Singers
	We are introducing the Cornerstone Gospel Singers and the Cornerstone Gospel Choir. They are fast becoming the foremost Gospel Groups in the UK for weddings and have performed all over the UK, Europe and Africa. The Cornerstone Gospel Singers have amongst their line-up a singer, described rightly, as being ‘the most beautiful Black Gospel, Singer in Europe – probably the World’. But though they are all good looking they also have voices that are far beyond looks. As well as singing at weddings, christenings, vow renewing and funerals they have thrilled audiences in theatres, clubs and churches and also at conferences, promotional and advertising events. The Cornerstone Gospel Choir is usually put together for weddings and other special occasions and numbers up to 12 voices. The full choir will always feature the Gospel Singers. Both the Singers and the Choir have all been professionally trained and their voices blend harmoniously to captivate the audiences with their upbeat energetic but beautiful style. For most occasions the Singers will be the ideal choice for either a Wedding ceremony or reception or both and because being a professional group they are available 7 days a week.

	Alpha Omega is a professional Greek band based in London. Playing Greek, English and International music. 	Pavlos Melas
	Pavlos is a singer and guitarist from Greece. His work with music has ranged from ' Dub' to 'Rebetiko' and Greek folk. He has performed extensively in the UK and has appeared in various media including the BBC, London Greek Radio and Hellenic Television. He is also a scholar of Byzantine music.

	Urban Gypsies
	Wild and energetic, celebratory and fun. The Urban Gypsies are a tribe of women who have worked hard to perfect this art. Using Funky World Music that has a fabulous foot tapping quality. The Urban Gypsies are fun people who love life and want to celebrate. Using simple and powerful formations with lots of audience participation. They will uplift any event and leave you high and raring to go. Fully self contained with own PA system and Marquee just in case of bad weather, perfect for outdoor festivals.

Hawaiian

	The Hula Bluebirds
	The Hula Bluebirds consist of fretboard wizard Martin Wheatley on steel guitar, yodeling supremo Jake Rodrigues on guitar and lead vocals and magician David Crofts on ukulele. For the past decade they have been creating the sounds of hot Hawaiian music from the 30's and 40's whilst injecting it with their own charm and personality, a classic Hawaiian trio with an authentic sound. They have played at numerous jazz and guitar festivals over the country and beyond as well as at an eclectic list of private functions and corporate events. 	Bamboleo
	Bamboleo are available from a trio, and perform with real backing tracks on mini-disc, including percussion, sax and Bass guitar, providing a full 6-piece band sound. For larger events however, additional live musicians are usually incorporated in the line-up. For the ultimate fiesta, Flamenco dancers in full colourful costumes may be added to compliment the music of the band. With years of live playing experience, the band are accustomed to giving only the best professional performance for any venue small or large. 	Betango is a unique contemporary Tango dance band with a distinctly modern edge, able to provide music for listening or dancing for a wide range of events. 	MEXTECA is a London based Mariachi, an authentic ensemble of professional Mexican musicians and singers also bringing together artists from the Americas. The name MEXTECA for the band came from a fusion of old and new with a play on the words "Mexico and Azteca". Mexteca maintains the unique traditional style of the original Mariachi and have proudly presented the vibrant and cheerful sound to audiences throughout the United Kingdom. The director of Mariachi MEXTECA, Salvador Jimenez Hernandez is a professional and experienced musician from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and has devoted his life to music following in the footsteps of his father and forefathers.

	Tequila Amigos is a very unique band. Although the band's instrumentation and sound is very traditional ( using the 'Mariachi style' duo trumpets, acoustic guitars and marimba ) Tequila Amigos is essentially a party band, specializing in playing a more wider and varied range of popular and contemporary Latin style dance music to cater for all musical tastes.

The ‘String Band’ can transfix any crowd with the unique, exotic sound of traditional ukulele and guitar playing used to accompany the rich, golden voices of our Polynesian men. The Beats Of Polynesia String Band sings a mixture of traditional upbeat, and slower melodies all designed to accentuate the mood of any event. Within the exciting repertoire of songs, these talented men include music and lyrics from Tahiti, the Cook Islands and Hawai’i. Polynesian String Bands Overview: ‘From Tonga to Cook Islands to Tahiti, string bands exemplify the laidback Polynesian attitude toward life. Groups of musicians are still found playing at social gatherings of all kinds: dances, BBQs, kava parties, youth festivals and competitions. Small choruses sing in a soft falsetto. Bands incorporate various adopted instruments such as the ukulele, the backbone of the string band, and guitar. Ukuleles and guitars were introduced to Polynesia beginning in the late 1800s, and by the 1920s strumming under palm trees had become a favourite pastime. Though string bands were initially devoted to playing parties and clubs or backing dance troupes before electricity was widely available, the increasing popularity of electric bands and local pop and hip-hop variations hasn't completely blotted out the large-band format. If anything, tourism has provided more opportunities for gigging string bands to make a living with many Polynesian restaurants and wedding sites highlighting the region's bands. Mazaika can take you into the heart of Russia, where you will experience the joy and sorrow of Russian folk and Gypsy music and the fiery passion of the gypsy violin. Guitar, Double Bass and Balalika are sometimes added to the ensemble for this repertoire.

	Casa Latina Allstars
	North England's most established and best-known Latin Salsa band. Led by percussionist Sam Bell, and featuring the gorgeous Spanish singer Susanna Montero - also known as a Salsa dance champion, this kicking band has a fine history of performances and recordings. Originally the resident house of Leeds salsa club "Casa Latina" in 1996, this band went on to play all the major festivals and clubs in Britain, including the Jazz Cafe, and the New Years Eve Hogmanay festival in Edinburgh to an audience of 30,000! They have built up a repertoire of salsa classics, experimenting with the modern Cuban alongside New York sounds, with hints of other influences such as jazz, funk and even reggae, all assembled very authentically. In the band's history, they have played alongside / supported such salsa greats as: Tito Puente, Cuba's Issac Delgado, and Brazilian diva Tania Maria. Their recordings have been used on salsa compilations out on the Avid record label. Azucar are as ideal for private functions as they are for huge festivals or smokey nightclubs - wherever they play, they delight their audiences, and being a great improvising band, no 2 performances are ever the same!

	Coco Ezpress is a 4 - 5 piece lively and entertaining Latin band, playing popular modern salsa and merengue dance hits. They are based in London, but have travel led all over the world, from Dublin to Dubai!Playing Salsa, Merengue, Bugaloo, Bomba, Lambada and more - representing all the popular Latino rhythms and countries, from Cuba to Colombia via Santo Domingo, this band will guarantee an excellent night's entertainment, for top dancers and left-footed tropical party-goers alike. "Coco" means coconut in Spanish, and the band is guaranteed to bring you all the flavour and heat of Latin America and the Caribbean. Coco Xpress features Latino singer Guillermo with not only a rich voice but also an entertaining manner and some hilarious routines. Also in the front line is female alto sax/ flute player Nina: not only a strong musician but also a smooth dancer - to make the band as easy on the eyes as it is on the ears! The line-up is rounded off with Rivera swinging on bass guitar, Dominican Wilson "El Diablo" - a maniacal devil at the piano, and Hamis on conga drums - a talented group of musicians who know that on-stage presentation and lively performance is every bit as important as talented musicianship. As a 4 piece band, they comprise 4 singing musicians - and playing hand-percussion, piano keyboard, bass guitar and sax/flute, with sequenced percussion. With the addition of a 5th musician, you get live conga drums to really get the groove going. Coco Xpress is equally suitable for parties, weddings (more than 200 played so far) and corporate events as it is for full-on Salsa dance nights, and will bring a repertoire of songs suitable for whichever occasion. Salsa PA Gozar play as a quartet, and come self-contained with PA sound system. 2 of the band are Venezuelan and the other 2 are very experienced UK players.
